Tiivistelmä:The outcomes of the 1995 Danish bargaining round have been unexceptional - with moderate pay increases of 5%-7% over two years, a number of non-specific commitments to improving job prospects for marginalised groups, and relatively minor changes in areas such as working time flexibility and maternity pay. However, as our feature indicates, the bargaining process highlighted a number of persistent issues in the Danish industrial relations system: tensions within the DA employers' confederation and the discontent with the system of balloting union members over settlements.
