| Tiivistelmä: | Financial accounts (hereafter as: fin-accts.) can be used in aiming to present a coherent picture of the development of the financial (here as: fin.) system and the fin. structure. This article presents a first attempt to construct a set of annual fin. account stock data for Denmark from 1875 to 2005. In addition, some methodological and conceptual aspects of using fin. accts. as a framework for the organisation of historical fin. statistics are addressed. |
