| Tiivistelmä: | This paper provides an in-depth discussion on the industrial relations in Turkey since the 1970s. The idea of the study is to examine how employer unions articulate certain management ideas and what kind of relation these expressions have to power and hegemony. The analyses of different voices in texts and interviews were used to illustrate diverse interest and representation. The findings revealed variation of interest and articulations strategies during the reviewed period. |
