| Tiivistelmä: | This article recapitulates the three years of a Polish privatization. It contains details of a legal framework and dynamics of the process. The barriers and limitations, conditions and stimulating factors as well as characteristics of the first results are described. It is concluded that the results of the privatization depend on an economic situation of the enterprise prior to privatization, chosen path of ownership transformation and type of ownership structure after privatization. |
