| Tiivistelmä: | The authors follow Propp's suggestion that magic tales have a common synatmatics and try to classify the armature, code and message of magic tales and also its "real elements" (characters, environment, objects) in a similar way as Levy-Strauss has done to myth. Thereby a schema is developed for the analysis of magic tale. Aarne-Thompson's index of tales is used as reference. |
