| Tiivistelmä: | In view of basis for cooperation, Guangdong and Macao are complementary to each other. However, judging from the status quo of cooperation, there are still some problems. The cooperation level is low, the scope is limited to the secondary industry and the manner is not standardized nor diversified. With regard to the prospect of cooperation, first, the sovereignty and reunification should be taken into account. 2ndly, the Guangdong-Hongkong economic integration will be further upgrading. 3rdly, the scope will extend from local to all-sided. 4thly, the vertical division of "shop front and workshop back" will grow into horizontal division of industries. The labor-intensive industry will transfer to fund and technology intensive ones and trade, banking, tourism and information as well. |
