| Tiivistelmä: | Although relationships are an essential part of organizations, research has yet to focus on the increasing habit of telecommuting and other forms of virtual work which might alter the relationships. This study explores relationships as mediators for the link between telecommuting and job satisfaction by focusing on three types of relationships - those with managers, coworkers and family. The result was an inverted U-shaped relationship, mediated by leader-member exchange quality, team-member exchange quality and work-family conflict. |
