Tiivistelmä:The objective of this paper is to analyse the Peruvian consumers within the context of their ethnocentrism and their buying decisions and to describe differences between husbands and wives in consumer buying activities in their households. Among others findings show that wifes make the decision of food and housing issues while husbands are the leading decision maker for buying automobiles and insurance. Also ethnocentrism beliefs have a major role in decisions.
