| Tiivistelmä: | Knowledge about the way people from different cultures go about learning and mastering the work tasks they are confronted with could be of considerable value to those responsible for designing presenting and evaluating management development and training activities for an international clientele. This research note presents preliminary findings which confirm that there are significant differences in learning style between similar groups of Indian, East African and British managers. Possible avenues for further research are discussed. |
