Tiivistelmä:The impact of profit sharing/share ownership schemes, voice mechanisms, and worker participation on permanent labour withdrawal was examined in a sample of 52 UK engineering firms. The results showed that firms that had adopted profit-sharing and/or share ownership schemes exhibited considerably lower quit rates.
