| Tiivistelmä: | A prospective study of 423 MBA students examined the interplay of identity negotiation and group functioning. The authors discuss the implications of these findings for uderstanding the links among self-verification, self-categorization, and group outcomes. One goal of the research presented in this article was to address the foregoing concerns by studying identity negotiation processes in small groups. |
