| Tiivistelmä: | The authors argue that the hypothesized outcomes of transformational leadership in organizations have recieved little attention in empirical studies. To further investigate the matter,the authors tested the relationships between a sample of bank employees working under branch managers. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed. |
