| Tiivistelmä: | A 5-year study of 219 public safety officers hired in a 1-year period by an urban public safety agency, related to 16 preemployment psychological predictors, test scores and their interpretation and interviews, to predict which officers were subsequently terminated. Equations from tests identified the largest number of terminated officers, but gave false predictions. Subjects, design and procedure. Seven Tables illustrate the study. |
