| Tiivistelmä: | The authors examined the validity of certain role conflict and role ambiguity scales through structural equations analysis. They used a nested models approach to compare them with a model suggesting more parsimonious representation of the data. Both measures were found to meet some established thresholds of convergent and discriminant validity. |
