| Tiivistelmä: | This paper aims to show that the way to attain environmental safety of the thermal power stations (TPS) and to stick to the Kyoto Protocol decisions lies in raising the efficiency of the heat power stations and reducing their fuel consumption by using non-conventional thermal cycles. Certain equations have been derived to define these issues. New ideas and new technological approaches resulting in raising the efficiency of the TPS are briefly covered. |
