| Tiivistelmä: | In the automobile industry legal environmental standards such as carbon dioxide emission limits as well as increased passive safety regulation play an increasingly important role. Particularly for the car body, the demands on lightweight design related to control over an increasing variety of materials in the car body as well as an optimized crash performance are derived as a result of this. For this reason, increasing challenges in innovation ability flexibility and quickness will be placed on the car body tool shop. In order to meet these challenges, in this article for the BMW group's tool shop and body in white systems, strategic considerations for future orientation will be employed. At the forefront, stands the methodical approach, which connects the scenario technique to the method of business process optimization. |
