| Tiivistelmä: | It is necessary for economic special zone to regulate development strategies of global change from outer-side economy in the 21st century. International directive investment is a serious problem in regulation. We should pay attention to expand import's size and range, attract European and American and Japan's large-sized cross-country companies and large projects, especially high venture investment in global market as an important points of legal attracting investment. Meanwhile some self-reliance knowledge enterprises with a certain size should active attract venture investment, play a crucial role in their development. |
