| Tiivistelmä: | The course of reform of China's economic systems is one of innovation and structural change of systems in essences. The continuous evolution of innovation and structures of systems has become a powerful force to help economy forward. Facts show that the relatively enormous gap between Eastern and Western China in economic development still exists and keeps widening. Therefore, facilitating innovation of systems of local governments, especially those of the west, will be conducive to the economic growth. |
