| Tiivistelmä: | The basis and key for marketzation of public services are the perfection of law system, financing tool and technical renovation. China government is facing with a lot of practical issues in the field of public services, which should be further concluded in the following aspects, theoretic research and regulation building. Marketzation of public services does favor for government to ease fiscal pressure, and promote the sound allocation and use of public resources. It is not only good for the formation and expansion of citizen society, but also does good to advance the process of social democratization. |
