| Tiivistelmä: | Governmental purchases refer to that departments in governments buy goods, services and initiate projects to meet their needs and provide public goods. The purchases offer great potential for expansion of world trade. Opening the market can promote a state's more efficient uses of taxes when it makes such purchases. Through international competition, the buyers can enjoy more favorable prices. The concerned departments in our government should pay adequate attention to the market and construct an information system about foreign governments' purchases for our enterprises. |
