| Tiivistelmä: | Homeworking is not regulated in most of the European countries though it is a growing phenomenon, especially in form of teleworking. EU has recently decided to examine it. In Belgium National Labour Council has now agreed on a new legal framework for this form of employment. The Council provides for a comprehensive and specific regulation of homeworking in areas such as employment contracts, employee representation, health and safety, and social security. |
