| Tiivistelmä: | Trade union confederations and employers' organizations have succeeded in signing a private sector central agreement for 1995-96, despite one of the most unpromising bargaining contexts for many years. The problems resulted largely from the unilateral "global plan" which the Government pushed through over a year ago. This package of measures implemented a pay freeze over the 1994-96 period, and set up a framework for work redistribution plans to be negotiated at company level. |
