| Tiivistelmä: | Starting from the single fact that the small enterprise rests firmly on the shoulders of the owner-manager, the human factors pertaining to the manager are analyzed which may lead to a crisis. The life pattern of that type of manager, the roots and symptoms of a crisis, the profile of failure and the usual consequences on management behavior are described. In such cases, some preventive actions may be taken, but in an advanced stage the replacement of the manager is bound to be the solution. |
