Tiivistelmä:The evaluation system of the personnel management is regaining more and more from personnel managers. In spite of this the only inquiry, which is known in this field has been realized in 1982-83 by the consultant office Drake, Beam and Morin. The results of a new inquiry are presented which was conducted with the top 500 Belgian companies. First, the main tendencies in human resources management are described, then the most relevant factors, such as the system diversification, the leading position of the systems based on MBO (management by objectives), the need of manager's implication in their decisions, the absence of reactivity, and so on, are discussed in detail.
