| Tiivistelmä: | To improve its financial situation,the R.T.T. (the Belgian telecommunication company) took steps to meet better the needs of consumers. It improved the calls' coefficient of efficiency,cut down the number of complaints for erroneous invoicing,reduced the frequency and length of disturbances. With the introduction of RNIS (numerical network of integrated services) from 1988 the Belgian telecommunication system enters a new period of development. The RNIS,which integrates telex,videotex,telecopy and terminals of information systems will help Belgium to keep pace further on with the most advanced countries. |
