Breaking contract conditions, the relations between the manager candidate and the outplacement office are examined. The characteristics of a job searching in the context of an outplacement office are shown. The level of the new job after the outplacement and the profile of the company hiring the manager having been through the outplacement process are analysed. Managers' opinions and proposals on outplacement are shown. |
