| Tiivistelmä: | Policy banks can be named as Nation Development Bank. Directly subordinate to the State Council, the banks are responsible for implementing macro economic policies, aiming at fulfilling macro economic tasks. The banks are profitless and not managed as enterprises. The fund resources are special financial allocation, issuing long and midterm debenture, reloan from the central bank and the special attorney fund from the departments concerned and local governments. |
