| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the development of fund market in rural areas is neither balanced nor standard. The structure of bank loan is irrational, the fund raising from the public is lack of powerful management and out of order in spending, money borrowing and lending among the people is blind and unplanned. Therefore, some reinforcement should be given to the central bank in its macro adjustment. The rural fund markets must be directed, regulated and managed. The reform of financial system should be deepened and special banks will be transformed into monetary enterprises of "self-management, self-development, self-pursuit for balance and self-responsibility for profits and losses." |
