| Tiivistelmä: | The orientation of Fujian's planning system reform in the near future is to build a provincial plan-managing system in 3 to 5 years. Under the guidance of the central macro regulation, the system will mainly perform indirect adjustment and it will continuously maintain a certain amount of direct intervention. For that the most important to do is to define the function of planning department and harmonize the relationship between the planning commission and other economic departments. |
