| Tiivistelmä: | For MBAs, this recruiting season is remarkably strong compared with early 1990s. In some schools jumps are 40% or more in recruitment activity. Top students at the more prestigious schools can command average base starting salaries in the $75,000 to $150,000 range, and really hot properties can also expect to be offered signing bonuses and tuition reimbursements. The uptick in recruiting was inevitable because companies lacked the managers to go after new business, after times of weak economy in the early Nineties. With many employers pursuing them, today's MBAs can pick and choose. |
