Tiivistelmä: | While movies about clever packs of thieves embarking on plans to 'steal the big one' will not, hopefully, provide you with a role model for a life of crime, they can provide a model for identifying and using the many intelligences which make for a team that can steal success from the opposition. Sole reliance on technical or good communication skills can be seriously limiting in an increasingly complex economic environment. The author describes how Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences can be applied to uncover the mosaic of skills needed to ensure success for both individuals and teams - whichever side of the law. |
