Tiivistelmä:In this study the relationships among salespersons' perceptions of sales training, adaptive selling, job satisfaction and sales performance in the USA timeshare industry were explored empirically. The results strengthened key linkages among the proposed constructs. Managerial implications regarding for instance sales training were addressed and practical recommendations to timeshare managers were suggested to advance salespersons' job performance.
