| Tiivistelmä: | A study using survey data collected from 535 salespeople was conducted to compare Levinson's model of life development, and Super's career stage development model. Levinson's model better explains individuals' attitudes and behavioral intentions about events external to the work itself, and is more closely related to individuals' career decisions. Super's model focuses on attitudes relative to the work itself, and is more closely related to individual's job attitudes. |
