| Tiivistelmä: | The author analyses - relying on the classics of economics: Walras, Arrow, Debreu, Stiglitz, Marx, Durkheim - the specifics of wage earner relationship and the wage contract. The main problem is that this relationship is both egalitarian and subordinating and that there are informational and moral hazard problems (one cannot know in advance the quality and quantity of work expended under the contract). |
