| Tiivistelmä: | The annual report of the German Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs shows that average pay increases in west Germany were 3,2 p.c., substantially lower than in 1992. According to the survey about 6 ,5 million workers experienced working time cuts, and 14 p.c. of the workers saw their annual leave extended. The summary of the survey - presented in the article - covers also bonuses and notice periods. |
