| Tiivistelmä: | The essay explores the rights and interests of collective property and how to safeguard them in the property right reform of collective enterprises. The author believes that under the new institution arrangement, collective property and its rights and interests can't be ignored. The stock cooperation system, by which enterprises borrow money, is an effective way to improve enterprises' efficiency and keep as well as add the value of collective property. Shares held by collective enterprises are issued not due to the ideological partiality for safeguarding the position of collective economy, but due to the needs of developing community welfare, adapting to people's purchasing power and the current systems of finance and taxation. |
