| Tiivistelmä: | Two longitudinal studies were conducted to investigate the stress associated with labour-management negotiations. Data were collected from 96 industrial relations practitioners and 3 months later. The results indicate that the negotiations give rise to subsequent physical and psychological strain. Family social support moderated the negative effect while personality hardiness exerted negative buffering effect on the IR stress-strain relationship. |
