| Tiivistelmä: | Single table bargaining brings together unions representing both manual and non-manual workers. It is quite a new phenomenon but it could represent a revolution in British industrial relations. The article gives reasons for moving to single-table bargaining and suggests that in view of the single European market at the end of 1992 this issue can be a considerable challenge to British management. |
