| Tiivistelmä: | Carrying out multinational operation is the development trend of enterprise operation in the present age. For the further development of China's enterprises which have multinational operation, it is necessary to complete the system of laws of overseas investment, to develop the financial system which offer service for the multinational corporations, to establish the insurance service for investment abroad, to improve the financial and tax policies for investment abroad, to bestow more discretionary limits about foreign trade on enterprises. |
