| Tiivistelmä: | The centralization and coordination of management will be inexorable choice for the modern enterprise group in development. The industries suited to enterprise groups generally are the industries which use a vast amount of energy and capital, use the technology for continuous and quantity productions, and are vast demanded by markets. Finally the article analyses the problems of China's enterprise groups and presents some countermeasures. |
