| Tiivistelmä: | There are 12 enterprise groups in Huaiyin City, Jiangsu Province. Amount of sales of the groups in 1993 was 5 billion Yuan, about 33 percent of the city's total sales. They are important economic power of Huaiyin. There are some problems such as that the organization of enterprise groups with multiple industry and multiple regions usually is intervened by the regional administration or the industrial authority. Enterprise groups are not normalization. The funds for technological transformation are seriously shortage. |
