Tiivistelmä: | This article considers that the acquisition business not only gains from the target business, but also offers help and support to the target business, thus, the acquisition will be successful. The two business must have common interest on market and technology. Particularly, the acquisition business should respect the target business' products, customers and marketing strategies. The acquisition business also need to adjust senior managerial staff for the new business. |
