| Tiivistelmä: | The base status of agriculture must be authentically established from the level of industrial balance, enabling its preferential development as a dynamic industry. This is decided not only by the its basic nature but also by the challenge faced by China's agriculture. In order to meet the objective requirements raised from the change of macro-economic conditions we have to make great readjustment with the development strategy in 1990s, enabling the revisionary change of the mode of agricultural production from type of number to type of earning and from product economy to market economy. |
