| Tiivistelmä: | Because of its backward methods and small scale, China's agricultural production is greatly influenced by natural factors. That inevitably put it in a inferior position in the comparison of profit and labor productivity. But market mechanism has some adjustment effects on the disposition of production elements, leading them usually from inferior industries to superior ones China's agriculture is incapable of competing equally with other industries. Thus, agriculture insurance is a problem which needs urgent solution by our government. And the government should set up an insurance system for the steady development of agriculture through the power of structural systems and regulations. |
