| Tiivistelmä: | The State Council issued a circular on Sept. 2, 1994, deciding to raise once again the purchasing price of cotton up to standard. The main contents are as follows: Starting from Sept. 1, 1994, the purchasing price of roller-ginned cotton coming up to the national standard would be 500 yuan per 50 kilogram including the original 14 yuan of awarded good price difference and the subsidy for saw-ginned cotton's ginning out turn losses 18 yuan per 50 kilogram. After the adjustment, the original 30.62 yuan of added price and 14 yuan of awarded good price difference per 50 kilogram would remain unchanged. But the purchasing price of roller-ginned cotton belonging to Xingjiang standard would be implemented by 465 yuan per 50 kilogram. |
