| Tiivistelmä: | The new method was put into practice when the new cotton appeared on the market in 1994. Now 44 yuan drawn from that are used for reward beyond price while purchasing cotton. And the 0.62 yuan which the Ministry of Finance will allocate to the Ministry of Agriculture will be used concentrated to study and breed good varieties of cotton with high yields, good quality and strong disease and insect-resistant. |
