| Tiivistelmä: | Article presents a study about capital structure of two hundred and thirty large Latin American firms in twenty-two countries.The variation of capital structure doesn't seem to depend on firm soze but more on location of the firm and on the industry branch which the firm is representing.For multinational and diversified companies it's important to take account of these results when developing their capital structure. |
