| Tiivistelmä: | Demand for energy resource and economic growth present a relationship of direct ratio. The rapider economic growth rate is, the greater demand for energy resources is. Oil is an indispensable motive force in world economy and a kind among the energy resources which can not be replaced by others in China's national economic development. The ideal areas for joint development of energy resources are Venezuela, Colombia and Peru. Joint development will help ease the pressure on China's oil and promote the Latin American economic development. The external conditions for Chinese enterprises' participating in such a kind of development are ripe. However, their ideology needs to be changed. Besides, the government should also give necessary support to them. |
