| Tiivistelmä: | 1. According to Marx's Labour Theory of Value, we must face market, consider the needs of market and make analysis with the theory of natural endowment of resources so that we can judge whether nature resources have development value or not 2. To realize the realistic development should also need the conditional factors of "Heaven's favorable weather, Earth's advantageous terrain and human unity". 3. Any development should be conducted legally with an organization form suiting the types of resources chosen, according to the actual local conditions. 4. The commodities formed in the course of development should complete the transformation of value through market. Whether economic returns can be produced will directly affect shaking off poverty and building up a fortune. |
