| Tiivistelmä: | During the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" period, the price-regulatory goal and its forecasting method and forming work should further improved. This goal should be made the directive planning target for macro-regulation and its relation with other macro-regulatory goals dealt with properly. It must serve the expansion of demand, the increase of employment and the promotion of development. The intermediate accumulative goals should be combined with that of every year and the intermediate goals be got into fuller play. The better controllable medium goals which influence prices to change should be selected. |
